Every citizen has a constitutional right to determine how his or her personal data is used. We are therefore obliged by law to protect the personal data that you might disclose to us when visiting our website. All personal data is treated as confidential. Data protection measures

All our employees are contractually obliged to comply with §5 BDSG and are trained in data protection and data security. Our IT department continuously evaluates and upgrades our technical data protection measures to meet the latest requirements. 


Every access to our website is logged. Each time you call up a web page, the following access data is written to a log file on our server:

  • IP address (anonymized)    
  • Page from which the file has been requested    
  • Date and time of request    
  • Browser and browser settings    
  • Operating system    
  • Visited page    
  • Volume of transferred data    
  • Access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.)

Google Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service from Google Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Google") that enables operators of websites to analyse visits to their sites. Google Analytics uses cookies to evaluate the use of a website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer. The data about your visit to our website that is collected in cookies (including your IP address) are sent to a server operated by Google in the USA and stored there.

In case of activation of the IP anonymization, Google will truncate/anonymize the last octet of the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. Contact form / call-back service

If you contact us through the contact form or call-back service, the information you submitted, including your contact details, are stored so that we can respond to your request. These details are never made available to a third party without your explicit consent.


If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you regularly receive the newsletter by e-mail. For our newsletter, we use a double opt-in method, which means that we will only send a newsletter to you, if you have clicked the respective link in the confirmation e-mail that is sent to you following your first subscription to the newsletter service. You can of course at any time unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the end of the e-mail message.

Processing of personal data
