For customers who require only emergency assistance BEKO can provide breakdown assistance. We undertake standard overhauls, planned maintenance and where telephone assistance is good enough are pleased to support our extensive customer base.

BEKO offer the standard statutory warranty as normal but also will tailor a warranty to customer needs. The DRYPOINT^® RA range of fridge dryers is offered as standard with a 3 year extended warranty. This is dependent only on the installation being approved and the proof of maintenance and spare parts fitted being available.

They range from professional companies who do nothing but measurements and interpretation of results to companies who are selling a product. The costs of these audits reflect their purpose i.e. the companies whose main aim is selling are often free of charge. BEKO must own up to the fact the we are a selling company but at the same time BEKO produce a very professional tailor made audit based on the instruments in our portfolio and professional software to help our experienced staff to give the best possible interpretation of the results. The client can perm any combination of the above to have a simple or highly detailed audit.

To that end we have stocks of fast moving parts such as filter elements, drains condensate management systems, desiccant medium including molecular sieve, parts kits for routine service. In the economic downturn of 2008/9 BEKO actually increased the support to customer in both personnel capable of responding to customer need and the availability of parts and materials. We have in 2010 acquired an adjacent unit and have increased our floor space by above 50% to give improved support.
